We accept credit card payments online via PayPal, bank deposit through BPI and BDO, or Cash on Delivery.
Please note that Cash on Delivery option is not available for personalized orders.

We recommend the regular size for travel / other out-of-home purposes, while we recommend the XtraLong size for home use.
5. How does shipping work?

Kindly note that because each pouch fits only one (1) piece of Bleeves™, the shipping fee is applied PER PIECE. However, promo rates are applicable for Metro Manila orders of 6 pcs and above.
For international delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly e-mail us at email@example.com for inquiries on international orders.
Delivery fees will not apply to orders picked-up from us in Quezon City.
Yes, we may embroider your name on the sleeves.
Please be guided by our personalization notes below:
- Personalization fee: PhP 100.00.
- Maximum of 8 characters.
- Arial font.
- Font color: black / white / red.
We may also customize to include your company logo for a minimum of 30 pieces.
To personalize your Bleeves, kindly check the "Additional Personalization" option before adding your Bleeves to your cart. Please wait for the page to fully load for the personalization option to appear. Kindly also indicate the text to be embroidered, and select the color of the embroidery.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for personalized Bleeves.

8. I wanted a particular color/design before, and I could not find it anymore on your website. How do I order it? Will you restock?
Kindly note that our designs are limited. Accordingly, we may no longer restock a design previously available. We suggest that you purchase the color/design of your choice as soon as it becomes available.
We stock up on new designs from time to time. If you would like us to notify you upon the arrival of our new designs, kindly send us your e-mail address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. What material is Bleeves™ made of?
Bleeves™ is made of cuddle fleece—100% polyester.
10. How do I care for my Bleeves™?
We recommend hand washing using mild detergent.
11. Is Bleeves™ hypoallergenic?
Bleeves™ is not hypoallergenic.
